WELCOME to the Highland Park Central Business District Merchants Association website! Here is a place to share information and ideas on how to build and promote business in Highland Park. All businesses offering retail products and services are invited to participate. Our concept is simple. We want retailers and customers to be involved in making choices that affect the business district. The RMA’s role is to communicate the consensus of the retail business community and use polls and surveys to measure preferences. Findings are then communicated by RMA representatives on local boards and organizations.
